• First Step; Elders' solution

Forty entrepreneurs and drivers of the productive economy of the private sector of Iran gathered for the first time by invitation of Hamidreza Ghaznavi and decided to choose an individual representative for themselves. A legal entity that pursues the common goals of entrepreneurs in industry and economy without any personal gain and only seeks to remove the obstacles of national production and industrial and economic development of Iran, a representative called Iranian Entrepreneurs Association.

• Second Step: Registration Iranian Entrepreneurs Association

(2014 – 2015)

Since such an organization was brand new in Iran, at first the Ministry of Labor had ambiguities about why and how the Entrepreneurs Association works. But eventually, by explanation and efforts of the members of the Ministry of Labor, a national license was issued in the name of Iran for their association. After receiving this license, the members organized a general meeting and elected Mohammad Reza Dayyani who was the founder of Entekhab Industrial Group, as the chairman of the Iranian Entrepreneurs Association.

The 80-member Iranian Entrepreneurs Association is composed of the most influential and powerful drivers of Iran's productive economy. However, the beating heart of this association is its specialized committees, which are made up of experts and experienced professionals. Dividing the tasks among nine skilled committees in the fields of banking, taxation, development, customs, exports, imports, knowledge-based, human resources, and public relations helps to identify the root cause of problems and the best way to deal with them. Accurate problem identification and the provision of appropriate practical solutions depends on how the association's consultations with lawmakers are more effective, and the meetings of entrepreneurs and drivers with the leaders of the production and economy arena are more productive. Especially since these committees include both private sector drivers and experienced producers, as well as former government officials or lawmakers.
