Mohammad Mehdi Kamkar-Amli ,was born on October 17, 1321 in Amel city. With more than seventy years of experience in the cosmetics industry, he is considered one of the pioneers of this science in Iran. After the Islamic Revolution of Iran, he was appointed as a special inspector of the Minister of Health, but due to his morale, he did not stay in this position and became the CEO of Pfizer factories in Iran.

Kamkar, the chairman of the board of directors of this company, among the founders of the Iranian Cosmetic and Hygiene Association, graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy of Tehran University in 1354 and was the founder of the scientific congresses of Iran, one of the veterans of this industry.

Ataragin , was established in 1359 after the revolution, with the revival of one of the sanitary and cosmetic production units, and he became one of the shareholders of this company. The high quality of the products, meeting the needs and concerns of the consumers, respecting the customers and keeping up with the latest technology of the world are always considered to be the most important priorities of the founders of this research center.

The brand names Atragin, Moban, Tila, René, Vishka, and La Farrer are the result of his continuous and round-the-clock efforts.
