Alireza Nabi, a social entrepreneur, was born in 1347 in Mashhad. He has established many factories in which the condition of hiring workers is to have a bad background. At the age of 17, he started his first production workshop, which is printing on fabric. This workshop was the first fabric printing workshop in Mashhad. Alireza Nabi completed his university studies at the post-graduate level and doctorate in the field of economics with a focus on human resources, and after that he advises them as a consultant in special camps for prisoners.
Arshia Olive Factories Group with the motto "Here is the condition of employment is bad history" is a part of the Dr. Nabi Charity Foundation and aims to support the employment of the affected people; Recovered addicts, released prisoners of intentional and non-intentional crimes and female heads of households were established near Imam Mehrabaniha and as the ambassador of social health, in the form of three production complexes and with the capacity to receive more than 1000 tons of olives and 300 tons of olive oil annually. .
The beginning of the group's activity was with the establishment of Toos Seasoning Transformation Company and Arshia brand (in the sense of truth and truth) in 2013 with an initial production capacity of 300 tons of olives per year and the employment of 15 socially disadvantaged people. In 2010, by presenting a development plan, he launched Armaghan Chashani Tos Company in Tos Industrial Town of Mashhad. In continuation of the phase of development and supply of raw materials and with the aim of supporting women heads of households, Zarin Arshiya Golestan Company located in Minodasht Industrial Town was established in 2013. On the other hand, by outsourcing part of the collection's products to socially disadvantaged families in high-risk and crime-prone areas on the outskirts of Mashhad in the form of 150 home employment workshops, he was able to create employment for 1000 people directly and indirectly.
